Levora Subscription Program — Overview & Terms
Levora Subscription Program (the “Subscription”) is run by Levora (“Levora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who enrolls in the Subscription at checkout. By joining, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our general Website Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing Subscription after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to join the Subscription. We do not offer memberships to minors.
Free Trial, Enrollment & Billing
Start your 5-day free trial today. After your trial ends, your Subscription automatically renews at $39.95/month until cancelled.
You are not charged when you sign up. Your 5-day free trial starts at enrollment. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method is charged $39.95 when the trial ends, and then $39.95 every month on the same day until you cancel.
Once active, your Subscription unlocks the VIP Collection — a locked, members-only section of the store at VIP pricing — for as long as your Subscription stays active.
All membership terms and conditions must be read and accepted before completing your purchase. These terms are also clearly displayed at checkout for your convenience.
You can cancel anytime by emailing support@mainlevora.com. If you cancel during your free trial, you will not be charged.
Subscription Program Benefits
As a member, you will receive:
80% off eligible items inside the VIP Collection,
Early access to new product drops, before they go live to everyone else,
Access to VIP-exclusive pieces that are only ever sold inside the VIP Collection.
Benefits remain valid as long as your Subscription is active.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription anytime for any reason by emailing us at support@mainlevora.com. If you cancel during your 5-day free trial, you will not be charged.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during enrollment and update it as necessary to complete transactions and communicate with you.
We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or violate our policies.
Privacy
Your personal information submitted through the Subscription is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service for unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in termination of your Subscription.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Membership Program and all services/products are provided “as is” without warranties. Levora and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from your use of the program or products.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. These Terms constitute the full agreement regarding the Subscription.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
