30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Levora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend trying these steps first:

  • Check around your front door, mailbox, side, and back entrances
  • Ask household members and neighbors if they may have received it
  • Wait 24–48 hours, since carriers occasionally mark packages as “delivered” before they actually arrive
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number

If your package still cannot be located after that, please email support@mainlevora.com with your order number. We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package cannot be located, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

For packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund in every case, but we’ll always do our best to work toward a fair resolution.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we’re very sorry. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

We’ll review your request promptly and provide a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution. Claims submitted after 15 days may not qualify, so please contact us as soon as possible.


Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the item received

We’ll ship the correct item at no additional cost or work with you on another solution if preferred.


Shipping Delays

Standard delivery times may occasionally take longer than expected due to high demand, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

While we work hard to ship every order quickly, Levora cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. If your order has not arrived within 21 business days from the ship date, please contact us and we’ll personally investigate the issue.


Subscription Charges

Your Levora Subscription is billed monthly until canceled. You may cancel anytime through our Subscription Cancellation page, by calling +1-713-337-5536, or by emailing support@mainlevora.com.

Cancellations submitted at least 3 business days before your next billing date will prevent the next charge.

If you have questions about a subscription charge, notice a charge you don’t recognize, or believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before disputing it. We’ll carefully review the situation and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Refunds for subscription charges are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and circumstances.

Charges from Levora may appear on your statement as “mainlevora.com.”


Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount are generally considered final sale and may not be eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases involving damaged, incorrect, or lost orders.
